Create EXPORTABLE FOOD PRODUCTS from locally available raw agricultural, aquaculture products. Learn labeling for export, packing, preserving, food processing, quick freezing. Turn rice, corn, sweet potatoes, ube, cassava, even green bananas into exportable flour. Pack these for exports and domestic re-use. Create by products like pasta, bread , cookies, cakes, cereals from these different flours. Pack dried fruits like ripe bananas, mangos, nuts for export.
Why export? These products will command higher profits or returns if exported.
